More 7.0 deprecation items

hw/xfree86/loader/xf86sym.c exports xf86EnablePciBusMaster() when 
INCLUDE_DEPRECATED is defined (which it always is).  No DDX driver uses it 
anymore; since XFree86 4.3 PCI adaptors always have their bus mastering 
capability turned on.  We can probably nuke it.

LBX is gross and awful, is causing us some grief in modularising, and is 
effectively superceded by ssh and NX.  We should at minimum say that it's 
going away in the future.
