Depends on how much time I have... most of the code already exists in
xc/programs/Xserver/Xprint/ps/ (except the RENDER support which comes
from Hitatchi's side) and just needs to be moved and adjusted. But I'd
like to work on X11R6.8.3 and the BIGCOLORMAP extension first so this
work is likely post-X11R7.0 unless a time machine gets invented or more
people are interested and are willing to throw-in some code... ;-(
