[ANNOUNCE] libpciaccess 0.18

xorg/lib/libpciaccess - Generic PCI access library
--------------------------------------------------

Since no complaints were received about the added meson build system
in the 0.17 release (October 2022), the autoconf build system has been
removed in this release.

Alan Coopersmith (4):
      Remove "All rights reserved" from Oracle copyright notices
      Try fopen(".../pci.ids", "re") on Solarish systems as well
      Remove autotools build
      libpciaccess 0.18

      gitlab-ci: use `meson setup`
