[ANNOUNCE] xf86-video-vmware 13.4.0

A new version of the vmware driver is now available. This is mostly a
"flush the master branch" release - necessary because the previous
release tarball no longer builds against current X servers. Please see
the git shortlog below for details on the commits.

      gitlab CI: add a basic build test
      Build xz tarballs instead of bzip2
