[ANNOUNCE] xfs 1.2.1

xfs is the X Font Server, allowing remote X servers such as X Terminals to
access fonts for rendering via legacy X11 core protocol requests.

      Update README for gitlab migration
      Update configure.ac bug URL for gitlab migration
      gitlab CI: add a basic build test
      Build xz tarballs instead of bzip2
      Fix spelling/wording issues
      SetAlternateServers(): avoid memory leak on allocation failure
      Use memcpy() instead of memmove() when buffers are known not to overlap
      gitlab CI: stop requiring Signed-off-by in commits
