[ANNOUNCE] xf86-video-suntcx 1.1.3

This is an Xorg driver for Sun S24 frame buffers. These video cards
used a unique "AFX" connector only found in the Sun SPARCstation 5.

This minor maintenance release allows building for Xorg 21.0.99.1 and later.
