Another September, another release... Nothing dramatic: further code
cleanup by Benno, small changes, translation updates etc:

Benno Schulenberg (6):
      symbols/ara: Making the keypad set nameless, as it's meant to be included.
      symbols/{epo,am,br,kz}: Making the Esperanto layout get named properly.
      symbols/ir: Using symbol names instead of hex codes for Farsi numerals.
      symbols/*: Putting "hidden" first among keywords (but after "default").
      rules: Normalizing the indentation of the language lists.
      rules: Replacing tabs with spaces, and trimming trailing whitespace.
