I'm gathering up changes sent over the last two weeks to give people an
easy thing to test. There are two more weeks in the merge window.
Please take a look at this version and see if there are changes which
have been sent to the list and which haven't been merged. I'm trying to
make extra time for review myself, and hope that others can help out as
they're able to.
(I'm also busy updating the DRI3/Present code to match the current
specification; I hope to have that ready for review in the next few
days.)
