[ANNOUNCE] libX11 1.4.99.901 (1.5 Release Candidate 1)

Please test this Xlib release candidate and let us know as soon as possible
if there's any major issues that need to be addressed before 1.6 is released.
While it only strictly requires libxcb 1.2, it's recommended that libxcb 1.8.1
be used to get the fix for network connection fallback from Unix sockets to
TCP that replaces the code previously found in libX11.
This release candidate includes all the changes from the previous 1.5.99.1
snapshot release (except the one list reverted below):
