== Description ==

This is the second release candidate for 1.12.3.

A few input changes, avoiding messing up the event queue on some RandR events.
A warning is now printed to the log if SlowKeys is turned on.

Update on the schedule: This RC should've been released on Friday but I ran
out of time and didn't get to it on the weekend either. So I've moved the
1.12.3 release date back, it will 7 days from now, next monday.
