[ANNOUNCE] pixman release 0.23.8 now available

A new pixman release 0.23.8 is now available. This is a release
candidate for a stable 0.24.0 release.

The main highlight of this release is a bunch of optimizations in the
ARM NEON backend from Taekyun Kim.

Please test this release carefully and report bugs to
pixman at lists.freedesktop.org, or file them at
