[ANNOUNCE] xf86-input-joystick 1.5.99.901

This is the first snapshot for joystick 1.6.0.
THIS IS A KNOWN BROKEN RELEASE and little more than a convenience tarball
for those willing to test. We've got at least one crasher bug (#35391) and
possibly a second one (#26900).

Note that while this driver is still officially maintained, Sascha has had
little time to work on it lately. Hence, if you want to see the driver
continue to be useful, please test and report bugs. And try to fix the bugs
you find, that'd be rather awesome too.

Changelog for this release consists of plenty of cleanup, both in the build
system and in the code to support input ABI 12 (X server 1.10).
