rendercheck is a program to test a Render extension implementation against
separate calculations of expected output.

This release makes the sources pass various checks of the compilers,
adds a --version option, and provides a new test for rendering to
source-only pictures under gradients, as well as the usual recent
janitorial cleanups and build configuration improvements.
