The lndir program makes a shadow copy todir of a directory
tree fromdir, except that the shadow is not populated with
real files but instead with symbolic links pointing at the
real files in the fromdir directory tree.

This maintenance release collects several bug fixes, a number of build
fixes & configure script updates, and adds .git & .hg to the list of
source control subdirectories that lndir knows to skip.

Alan Coopersmith (12):
include <limits.h> to ensure INT_MAX is defined after 23bacbd6c
Add .hg & .git to the list of known revision control subdirectories
      Migrate to xorg macros 1.3 & XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS
      Add standard .gitignore
Fill in COPYING & README files
Move to xorg-macros 1.4 & use INSTALL_CMD to generate INSTALL file
Assume POSIX, lose support for old Minix & LynxOS
      Enable AC_SYS_LARGEFILE & AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS
Man page: note that *~ is always skipped, update second list of scm subdirs
upgrade to util-macros 1.8 for additional man page support
      Let XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS handle AC_PROG_CC & AC_PROG_INSTALL
      lndir 1.0.2

Eric Blake (1):
      Fix broken assumption where stat.st_nlink == 1

James Cloos (1):
Replace static ChangeLog with dist-hook to generate from git log

Jeremy Huddleston (1):
      Use __APPLE__ instead of __DARWIN__
