[ANNOUNCE] xf86-input-joystick-1.4.0

Release 1.4.0 of the joystick input driver for X.Org.


Highlights:
* Support for (some) device properties. Install header file for clients. More 
properties are to come.
* Always create two input devices: one for mouse events, one for keyboard 
events. Needed to work with MPX.
