[ANNOUNCE] xorg-server 1.5.99.2

Here's the second beta for X server 1.6. It's got DRI2, Xinput 1.5 and a
list of random other fixes.

There are still a few proposed RandR 1.3 features which I haven't seen
final code for. I'm afraid we're getting close enough to the release
that if they don't show up before RC1, they will not get merged and will
have to wait for RandR 1.4.

I'm reviewing the tracking bug and wiki page before each release cycle;
I pulled one patch out of bugzilla this week, but I don't want to do
that again. For any bugs on the tracking list, please make sure you add
a link to the patch on the master branch. If the patch is not yet on the
master branch, please post a link to another git repository and branch
so that I can review it, potentially pushing it to master and
cherry-picking to the release branch.

<rant>
I found quite a few patches on this branch which were not cherry-picked
by me; I've reviewed them and left them this time, but that's not OK; I
want to review everything that goes into the release, and I don't mind
doing a list of cherry-picks or even a merge from another branch. Post
anything you want shipped to the wiki page and I will take care of it
from there.
