[ANNOUNCE] xf86-input-keyboard 1.2.2

This release fixes the driver for the new input-hotplug support in
xserver 1.4. The two interim releases (1.2.0 and 1.2.1) never got
tagged and released, so this is the next version after 1.1.1.
