This release adds experimental RandR-1.2 and EXA support for GeForce 8
series GPUs.

The driver now depends on server version 1.2 or higher because of the RandR
1.1 compatibility layer.

      Bump to 2.0.95.

      Get rid of BackendMode and disable hw cursor for now.
      Initial RandR 1.2 support for G80.
