Wayland not accept libinput configuration

Hello.
I am new to Wayland and I am testing it on a tablet with an intel chipset.
With Xorg I never had problems configuring the touchscreen with libinput.
But in KDE with Wayland, after logging in with sddm, the settings in
xorg.conf.d seem to no longer apply (but in sddm login screen works ok).
How are these settings done in KDE / Wayland?

This is my configuration that works on Xorg:
