You can also easily reproduce that on Fedora Firefox builds:

1) take any firefox-60.0.1-4 build from koji
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=37
(be sure it's -4, -5 builds have a workaround for it)

2) set webgl.force-enabled and layers.acceleration.force-enabled to true at
about:config

3) run "firefox-wayland" on console
