[Mesa-dev] [PATCH v2 04/15] docs: Result of script fixing html with Beautiful Soup.

Beautiful Soup patched our html in these ways:
- Creating closing tags e.g. </li> where there were none in order to create
semantically complete html (like xhtml)
- Removing the old header, which is no longer needed
- Removing the old content bar to avoid confusion
- Removing the outer <div> from the content, which was tripping up
Pandoc in converting the html to rst.
