[Mesa-dev] [PATCH] radv: add shader BOs to the list at pipeline bind time

Otherwise, the shader BOs are not added to the list on SI because
prefetching isn't supported. Calling radv_cs_add_buffer() in the
prefetch codepath was a bad idea.
