[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 00/10] i965/fs: Optimize interpolation setup

This series fixes the interpolation setup code to let us emit PLN
instructions on G45 and Gen5 in SIMD16. On Gen5, this cuts 6.68% of
instructions from 11k (SIMD16) programs.
