Here are my raw notes from the sessions today.  I enabled comments, but 
not editing, as it's really hard to follow right now.  I'll try to clean 
it up such that it's at least grouped into categories or something and 
send out an updated version later.  In the meantime, if you see anything 
inaccurate, feel free to comment about it :-)
