XDC2016: Pre-conference social event on Tuesday at 19:00

Hey all,

We are planing a social event on Tuesday, starting from 7pm at Bryggeri, 
a Brewery-restaurant. The information has been added to the program 
page, for easy access [1].

The current reservation is for 40 people, but there will be more seats
