XDS2010 - venue modification

Hi,

The University of Toulouse 1 Capitole, hosting XDS 2010, is
experiencing delays in the renovation work of the conference room
initially planned for our meeting.

After a few days of uncertainty, we now have a new conference room, in
a different building of the University.

The conference will be held in the ex tobacco factory which is located
a few hundred meters away from the main building where we would
normally have been hosted. 

I've updated the google map of the event with the new location.
