Hi,

here is the updated patches including the conversion to struct
vga_switcheroo_client_ops.

The patches can be pulled from

[background info if anyone hasn't read v1 patch series:
 this is for allowing to handle the HD-audio via vga-switcheroo.
 Disabling graphics also turns off the HD-audio, which may lead to stall
 or Oops in the audio driver:
