[cairo] Cairomm configure prefixes

Another issue that popped up recently is this bug report in Fedora:

In essence, the problem is that some of the symbols such as PACKAGE_NAME
are generic.

Perhaps this script could be added to cairomm's build system:
     http://autoconf-archive.cryp.to/ax_prefix_config_h.html

This would turn the symbols such as PACKAGE_NAME into CAIROMM_PACKAGE_NAME.
