[cairo] cairo + librsvg = svg viewer

Hi! I'm trying to write a win32 SVG viewer using Delphi 7. Cairo win32
dll interfaces I found at rodi.dk
(http://www.rodi.dk/programming_cairo.php). It works perfectly.
But! I can't open existing svg files. I need Delphi interfaces to
librsvg-2-2.dll, specifically for rsvg_handle_new_from_file() and
rsvg_handle_render_cairo().
What data types I have to use as parameters? I'm really need your help! Thanks.
