is an interesting bit of strangeness with regards<br>
the monitor port on this HP (HP dc7900 ). It appears

and one DP, but<br>
when I run xrandr on</span><span
style="font-family:courier new,monospace"> FreeBSD
it reports a VGA device and<br>
an HDMI device; Solaris does the</span><span

in addition reports<br>
a DP device.</span> <span

case, both FreeBSD and Solaris `disconnect'<br>
the other</span><span style="font-family:courier
