<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div>X server version: 1.14.3<br></div>OS: Slackware Linux 4.1<br></div>Hardware: x86 (32 bit; AMD Athlon)<br><br></div>X starts normally if I use the vesa driver (xf86-video-vesa-2.3.3) but it fails if I use the native SiS driver (xf86-video-sis-0.10.7). xorg.conf and log are attached.<br>
<br clear="all"><div><div><div><div><div>Efforts to run xorg without a configuration file, or to generate a configuration file using either "xorg -configure" or the Slackware xorgsetup utility fail with a segfault.<br>
