<DIV>I see modular Mesa-6.5.2's makefile, there should use "make linux-x86-32" or  "make linux-x86-64"  or some other build configurations, i don't know whether other modulars have these build configurations ro not, so i think this may lead to problems if  i build directly follow this guide. </DIV>

there should be no difference in building Xorg for 32,64 bit systems.
Just follow the build procedure for tarballs explained in the wiki :
