<div><span class="932545500-21072007"><font face="Arial" size="2">Intel has a ACPI 3.0a doc that specify the ACPI _DOD method to retrieve the display connector info, it define all type of connectors and eliminates all the confusions. Is it already used in Linux driver? If not it might be a good way to get the connector info. Intel Recent SBIOS should support it already.
