Dear all.<br>It seems, that VBE incorrectly reports maximum resolution of my laptop LCD.<br>Max. resolution reported by VBE is 1024x768, but my LCD is 15' SVGA+.<br>Because of this bug, I cannot setup resolution , higher than 1024x768.
<br>Also in Xorg.0.log I see, that driver cannot find valid DDC modes, while ddcprobe correctly displays possible resolutions<br>How can I forbid to driver to validate mode, based on VBE data? And why driver cannot find valid DDC modes?
