[xf86-input-synaptics] set lower fingerLow (10) and fingerHigh (30) default values for Macbook3.1 devices ?

sorry, just realised that I never replied to that. Currently ETIME for this,
but http://who-t.blogspot.com.au/2013/12/lenovo-t440-touchpad-button.html
describes a workaround for machine-specific configuration. something similar
could be done for this set of devices too
