Building Intel 965GM drivers

I just downloaded the new Intel drivers and I'm having trouble getting
them to build on my freshly installed OpenSuSE 10.2 system.
The first problem is that it can't find the m4 XORG_DRIVER_CHECK_EXT()
function.
How do I point the configure script at the server sdk?
