When we start one instance of a multihead Xorg, the RAC (Resource Access
Control) module will know how to deal with it sharing the memory
resources to the right display at the same time. When we start more than
one instance of the Xorg, i.e. a multiseat, there's any kind of module
that arbitrates this share of resources.

Before the system suspends, the Xorg enters on the "setup state". This
is the exactly state which different instances of Xorg calls the int10
for disables the graphics device, and probably where your problem is.

So what I'm trying to tell you is that int10 problem's is just a point
of the iceberg.

(no solution, but an explanation :)

many regards
