Why does the xorg server consumes so much memory?

Happened to take a look at xrestop, since I don't use it that often
(read: almost never).
Happened across this typo in the output of xrestop -b:

res_base      : ox2400000
                 ^
res_mask      : ox1fffff
                 ^

Looks ugly. Where do I report this, or might we say (I'd prefer) this
very posting is the bug report?
