There should also be a _NET_WM_STATE_TOGGLE (defined as 3), at least
that's what I read somewhere. Anyway, with my window manager, e17, I can
set "xev.xclient.data.l = 3" and it toggles the fullscreen mode. This
is nice because you don't have to track the state yourself.
