Missing CVS ID revision number updates?

$Xorg$ is the old X.Org (X11R6.6 and earlier) tag.

$XdotOrg$ is the X.Org Foundation (6.7 & later) tag, but CVS on 
freedesktop.org has been broken for several months and not updating
it either.
