        <pre>Dell D600 laptop running Fedora 22 and LXDE desktop environment works fine with
kernel 4.0.8   After upgrading kernel to 4.1.3-200 I can log in, then get a
window about desktop 1 and desktop 2 and no icon I click on on the desktop
or menu bar does anything.

Where should I look for evidence to report what is going wrong?

Specific video hardware is AMD/ATI RV250/M9 GL Mobility FireGL 9000/
