The only mode in which TV Out works is NTSC. Trying to set the mode to PAL
leads to the TV output being garbled (lost sync, picture scrolls over the
screen)

Kernel version is 3.11.0-12.

The default mode in BIOS is PAL.

I have the latest version of radeontool installed, what would be the procedure
for dumping the chipset registers so the timing problem could be pinpointed?</pre>
