Zhigang, note that the radeon driver passes GLAMOR_USE_SCREEN and
GLAMOR_USE_PICTURE_SCREEN to glamor_init(), so software rendering fallbacks are
handled entirely within glamor, which incurs a lot of overhead in some cases
such as the gtkperf Lines test.</pre>
