Does booting with radeon.agpmode=1 or radeon.agpmode=-1 on the kernel command
line help?
BTW, it looks like the attached Xorg.0.log is from after xdm restarted X? Can
you also attach the log file from the first X server? It should be there as
Xorg.0.log.old after xdm restarted X.</pre>
