Hi, <br>I am using Kubuntu 8.10 with KDE 4.1.3 and composite effect enabled.<br><br>I am having some annoying issues such as:<br><br>My laptop completly freezes, because of open source drivers. It happens when I switch on or off composite effects. It also freezes randomly and the only option is shutdown button. <br>
