<div dir="ltr">Hi,   I read the following about tv-out on r500 <a href="http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=NjI2NQ">http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=NjI2NQ</a> and decided to buy an r500 based card for my mythbox ( <a href="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102080" target="_blank">http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102080</a> ) upon pluggin it in I have since discovered that it doesn't quite work as planned ;-)  I have noticed there is a little tug of war going on in git and have disabled this commit <a href="http://gitweb.freedesktop.org/?p=xorg/driver/xf86-video-ati.git;a=commit;h=effa245914823371e052cd9aa1143a02350891e7">http://gitweb.freedesktop.org/?p=xorg/driver/xf86-video-ati.git;a=commit;h=effa245914823371e052cd9aa1143a02350891e7</a> and xrandr now sees my s-video out S-video connected 800x600+0+0 (normal left inverted right) 0mm x 0mm         tv_standard: ntsc     load_detection: 1 (0x00000001) range:  (0,1)    800x600        59.9*+   60.3     720x600        59.7     640x600        59.9  but my screen remains blank.
