With xorg-server version 1.9.2.902 I get colors after a couple of minutes of
instability. The screen keeps jumping left to right (and vice-versa) while it
is trying to find the synchronism with TV. 

But with the latest xorg-server (version 1.9.3.901) I get colors right way. So
I'll close the ticket for xf86-video-ati-6.13.2.

BTW, I'm currently using KMS and I have not tested in UMS.
