what connectors does your card actually have?  According to the driver it has:
- DIN (tv-out plug)
- HDMI
- VGA
- DVI

If it has different connectors let me know and we can add a quirk for your
board.  Can you also attach your video bios?

As root:
cd /sys/bus/pci/devices/<pci bus id>
echo 1 > rom
cat rom > /tmp/vbios.rom
echo 0 > rom 

and finally, can you attach the output of lspci -vn?
