for ati-6.11

old bug here: bug 16685

tuxracer works fine under prop. ati drivers which lose R500- support in next
release. for ati prop. driver tuxracer run at 80fps.

6.8, 6.9 driver version give me same issues tuxracer works fine on race "Who
says penguins can't fly?" with 80 fps, but slow on Pratice/Doing (8fps).

for 6.11 tuxracer work at 8fps for any map.
