Kwin 3d for kde 4.x doesnt work anymore since commit
a18e209edb5348eb167e9d7184597031bbbbe622 of mesa master.

By not working i mean it refuses to start and if i disable the capabilities
check it will start blinking and garbling the screen until i disable it again.

using latest dri2/kms from linus tree as of commit

compiz still works. kwin3d ALWAYS worked (several months) till this commit.
